What are the best Monster Hunter Wilds design codes? We’re so grateful to the talented artists working with the Monster Hunter Wilds character creator tool, providing the community with handcrafted iconic warriors. Thanks to their hard work, we’re able to hunt monsters as Wednesday’s Jenna Ortega, something we couldn’t possibly do on our own.
If you’d rather spend your time hunting monsters in the best MH Wilds builds, and get hunting.

Monster Hunter Wilds character codes
The best Monster Hunter Wilds character design codes are:
Kratos
Design code: 966EP8PU3P47
Is anyone in videogames more badass than Kratos? If you’re looking for someone dense and powerful to embody during your adventure, look no further than this incredible Monster Hunter Wilds Dual Blades build to bring some of that God of War magic to Capcom’s epic RPG.
Jon Snow
Design code: F78FQ7XF7VF9
While his watch may be over, yours has just begun with this outstanding recreation of Jon Snow from Game of Thrones. You won’t have any problems trying to find the perfect Monster Hunter Wilds armor set for him as there are plenty of black cloaks on offer. This Jon Snow design code was created by Redditor Bored_of_Jay_Dee, impressive stuff considering it was their first attempt at recreating a character.
Danny Trejo as Machete
Design code: MC8M76BL3UP7
Is there anyone more badass in general than Danny Trejo? The acting legend is no stranger to the videogame world having appeared in Far Cry, GTA, Fallout New Vegas, and more, and he regularly shows off his love for videogames on social media. Now, the superstar has shared his love of Monster Hunter Wilds by showing off a recreation of him – as his famous Machete character – in the action game.
While many thought this meant Trejo was playing the game himself, and he may well be, he was actually resharing images sent to him by Twitch streamer Kemmlar, who made the Machete Hunter, and shared the design code above on X.
Geralt of Rivia
Design code: PN5AL8K78EY5
When it comes to hunting monsters, no-one does it better than The Witcher himself. Geralt of Rivia actually made an appearance (as himself) in one of Monster Hunter World’s post-release quests, bringing the notorious Leshen with him. By comparison, this Monster Hunter Wilds Sword and Shield build to hand.
Vergil
Design code: WN48H8BU5BM3
If you prefer to play the villain than the hero, reddit NoctisBOI has you covered with this incredibly accurate Vergil from Devil May Cry. To perfect the Dark Slayer look even more, you could always equip Dual Blades and the best Monster Hunter Wilds longsword build.
Kazuma Kiryu
Design code: EK7YL4ET3NU3
It’s hard to think of anyone even tougher than the God of War and the Witcher, but Kazuma Kiryu may just be the man. As the Tojo clan’s family-first fourth chairman, there’s basically nothing that can stop you getting back up, no matter how hard you get knocked down. Redditor Venomdeathninja adopted the beta design of Fudgenuggets980825 for the full game, and it’s a real winner for us.
Keanu Reeves
Design code: ES4E393D5U48
John Wick might be better known for fighting humans, but who’s to say he couldn’t take down huge Frenzied monsters just as easily? We know he’s a fan of animals, so surely he’d want to put these poor souls out of their misery, especially if it meant keeping his precious palico pal from harm. If you want to know what it would look like, use this Keanu Reeves design code by BlurpleCMYK on Reddit.
Jenna Ortega
Design code: BP55A7NA7J35
We love all-rounder actor Jenna Ortega. Scream final girl? Check. Wednesday Addams? Check. Lydia Deetz’ daughter? Check. Is there anything Ortega can’t do? We still haven’t found anything, as it turns out, she doesn’t look out of place in Monster Hunter Wilds thanks to this design from Danny Dynasty on YouTube.
Gigachad
Design code: DA54737R7Y47
We all want to be Gigachad, right? And there’s just something about that sturdy jawline that suits a monster hunter. Redditor Sorradude shared this design code, and we’re forever thankful to them for taking the time to make the Chad in MH Wilds so that you can too.
Lucy (Cyberpunk Edgerunners)
Design code: KA8JW7MW3N68
If you enjoyed Cyberpunk 2077’s hit spin-off anime Edgerunners, perhaps you’d like to embody the stylish Lucyna Kushinada, best known as Lucy. The detailed Monster Hunter Wilds hair sliders allow her iconic locks to be closely recreated, and Redditor Ranniery-Jesuino modified an existing design from SkullySinful to do just that.
Yondu
Design code: QU3KJ87P5KY5
Looking for something instantly recognizable? The Guardians of the Galaxy favorite comes to your game Monster Hunter Wilds Bow build making use of its new tracking shots is the next-best thing.
Harley Quinn
Design code: WH37E5JA5GM6
She might not have the bright blue skin of the Centaurian above, but Harley Quinn is still as instantly recognizable thanks to her pale make-up and pink-tipped hair. In fact, she’s pretty recognizable whichever of her appearances she takes, but this one by Monster Hunter Wilds hammer build and the more classic Harley-inspired Palico below.
The Joker
Design code: JT3W738L3VH9
Instead of the cute Harley above, you may prefer your Hunter to resemble her toxic other half, The Joker. This bright-haired design was created by OnShift Gaming on YouTube, and we created the design code above based on the sliders from their tutorial.
Monster Hunter Wilds Palico codes
The best Monster Hunter Wilds Palico design codes are:
Fox
Design code: 5W3N69RF4QX9
This simply adorable fox Palico was created by reddit Raptor, and shared on a thread about fox Palicos. If you’d prefer something with shorter fur, you can either change the setting on this design or use the sliders shared on the original post, but we love this fluffy guy just as they are… even with the black stripe on his head. You won’t even notice it when your Palico has armor on.
Yae Miko
Design code: G576D66V9NC6
Yae Miko is a pink-tinged Genshin Impact character with a fox form that perfectly translates into Palico form. Sadly, we haven’t yet found a design code for Yae Miko as a Hunter to pair with it, but this gorgeous pastel palico by redditor TheLumiChan is an absolute must-have for Hoyo fans.
Sprigatito
Design code: QA8XN4KS4UK6
We also found a classic Pikachu Palico among other Pokemon, but the adorable generation IX grass-type Sprigatito far better suits the Palico’s design, in our opinion. We made a slight change to this design, also from Only Guides, by choosing the long fur option. The great thing about these design codes is that you can make any additional tweaks you want. Long fur or short fur? It’s up to you, as long as it’s green.
Raccoon
Design code: M97JG6867CU3
Is there a better companion than a trash panda? We think not. This is definitely a design during which you have to trust the process, as getting that eye shape is surprisingly difficult. Thankfully, Jur-P on the MHSliders subreddit did a wonderful job of it. We used their slider stats to turn this cute design into a code.
Rocket Raccoon
Design code: UG6VH4BS63C5
If a regular raccoon isn’t enough for you – or you’ve adopted the rather striking Yondu design from our hunter codes list above – then Marvel’s Rocket Raccoon might be the ideal companion. It comes from the same creator, Redditor julespino, and makes for a perfect pairing.
Beerus
Design code: GG6Y444W3A76
Let us know if you find a decent Goku character design because we haven’t yet. Maybe there just aren’t enough options to get that gravity-defying hair. Sadly, Reddit’s AngelicGent also found the options lacking when trying to add Beerus golden jewelry, but we still think they did a fantastic job turning the Destroyer into this adorable MH Wilds companion.
Harley Quinn
Design code: Unavailable
This Harley Quinn-inspired Palico was created by bart_holomaeus_1994, and is based on the bubbly antagonist’s original 1992 appearance. We love the juxtaposition of having this Palico accompany the more modern Harley Hunter above, but of course it also works perfectly as a sidekick for the Joker as well.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to generate a design code for this companion right now, but you can get it by using the slider values shared by the original designer here. It only takes a few minutes.
