Civilization 7 DLC may be coming very, very soon, according to new store listing

The Civilization 7 DLC Crossroads of the World will arrive shortly according to an official store listing that includes the precise date.

There’s already a lot of expectation behind the Civilization 7 DLC. Firaxis’ much-anticipated 4X sequel has been going through a tough time since launch – Steam reviews are still officially ‘mixed,’ and Civ 6 is regularly attracting more players on Valve’s platform than its would-be successor. Updates are planned. Patches are coming. But additions like new leaders, new empires, and new Wonders are what some players want most. Now, according to a fresh listing on the Nintendo Store, we know precisely when the first Civ 7 DLC will arrive.

The initial 4X game on PC, Crossroads of the World is available via one purchase, with the two halves of the DLC delivered to you on separate dates.

According to Firaxis own roap, the first part of Crossroads will be launched in early March, the second half in late March. However, as shared by Reddit ‘JordiTK’ and Civilization Discord ‘Supernova47x,’ the actual dates for the Civ 7 DLC have appeared on the official Nintendo Store. Crosswords of the World part one will seemingly be released on Tuesday March 4, while the second part will arrive on Tuesday March 25. This would align with Firaxis’ own roap.

Civilization 7 DLC dates: Dates for the Crossroads of the World DLC for Civ 7, seemingly

Already, the Steam rating for the Crossroads of the World pack is down to ‘mostly negative.’ While the DLC hasn’t been released yet, players have posted reviews that criticize Firaxis for releasing paid able material so close to the launch of the Civ 7 base game. The next big update for Civilization 7 will supposedly target issues with the game’s interface and the behavior and intelligence of opponent leaders in the single-player mode.
